Case overview
Shelby reaches into the freezer for a bag of vegetables and finds a new layer of frost along one side. Omar thinks it is just the aftermath of a busy weekend: people came over, food was shifted around, and the kitchen never quite caught up. Shelby is not convinced. The frost was not there when she stocked the shelves two days earlier. She wonders where the frost is collecting, whether nearby packages have shifted, and whether the change is appearing elsewhere. Omar keeps offering a quick fix. Shelby wants to know what changed first. Their small disagreement becomes a useful question: is this a one-time household mess, or a repeatable pattern that deserves a more deliberate response? Shelby wants another look before trying to clear the frost away again.
