Case overview

Alina has noticed that Eli does not feel well at some theater rehearsals, especially during the long stretches when the cast is waiting in costume lines. He describes feeling lightheaded and says his chest feels like it is pounding, but those details do not happen every day and he feels embarrassed when classmates notice. Alina has several possible explanations in mind, none of them settled. Alina needs to separate a useful pattern from a premature label: what was happening just before the episode, what changed it, whether anything else had changed, and which earlier notes might help a clinician see the whole picture. It also treats privacy as part of the job. Alina wants to tell the story accurately without letting classmates turn Eli's recurring episodes into a label.
